Article 2 – Consumer Eligibility

1. The Consumer confirms that they possess the legal capacity required under applicable laws and regulations to engage with the Store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
2. The Consumer shall bear full responsibility for any consequences resulting from a violation of this provision.

Article 3 – Nature of the Store’s Obligations

1. The Store’s primary obligation is to provide the products and/or services offered through its platform.
2. The Store may also provide additional services, including after-sales services and related support, depending on the nature of the product or service purchased.

Article 4 – Rules of Use

1. The Consumer agrees to use the Store’s platform in accordance with public morals, applicable laws, and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The Consumer agrees not to use any product or service purchased from the Store in any manner that violates public morals, laws, or regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations

1. Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password and immediately notify the Store of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
2. Acknowledge that the Store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or harm resulting from disclosure of your username or password.
3. Use your account personally and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. Any use of your account by another person shall be deemed authorized by you.
4. Use the Store and its services responsibly, honestly, and in good faith.
5. Provide accurate, current, complete, lawful, and truthful information during registration and update such information whenever necessary.
6. The Store shall treat your personal information and contact details with strict confidentiality.
7. If the Store determines that any information provided is false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms, the Store reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account without prejudice to any other legal rights available to the Store.
8. Failure to comply with any of the above obligations may result in suspension, cancellation of membership, or denial of future access to the Store’s services.

Article 6 – Electronic Communications

1. The parties agree that communication may be conducted through the email address registered with the platform.
2. The Consumer agrees that all electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications shall have the same legal effect as written s.
3. The Consumer agrees that the Store may communicate updates, notifications, or information related to this Agreement through general announcements or messages directed to all users or specific users.

Article 7 – Amendments and Fees

1. If any provision of this Agreement becomes invalid, unenforceable, or is removed, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
2. This Agreement, as amended from time to time, constitutes the governing framework of the relationship between the Consumer and the Store.
3. The Store may impose fees on certain products, services, transactions, taxes, or governmental charges where applicable.
4. The Store reserves the right to add, modify, increase, reduce, or waive any fees or charges at its sole discretion.

Article 8 – Payment Services

1. The Store provides payment processing through its partners and approved payment methods available on the platform, which may be updated from time to time.
2. The Store shall display product and service prices in accordance with generally accepted market value and applicable regulations.
3. The Store shall issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations for all transactions and provide Consumers with proof of purchase.
4. The Store shall maintain generally accepted accounting practices and records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property Rights

1. All intellectual property rights related to the Store, whether existing before or after the establishment of the platform, are exclusively owned by the Store.
2. Consumers agree to respect the Store’s intellectual property rights, including but not limited to its trade name, trademarks, logos, designs, symbols, content, and other proprietary materials.

Article 10 – Store Liability

1. The Store undertakes to conduct its business activities in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with this Agreement.
2. The Store shall not be liable for claims, losses, or damages arising from errors, negligence, indirect causes, accidental events, actions of Consumers, or actions of third parties such as shipping companies.
3. The Store, its employees, owners, and representatives undertake that the products and services offered are lawful, authorized, and compliant with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 13 – General Provisions

1. If any provision of this Agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
2. This Agreement, as amended from time to time, constitutes the entire agreement between the Store and the Consumer regarding the use of the Store and its services.
3. The Arabic language shall prevail in the interpretation of this Agreement and any translation thereof.
4. Prices of products and services may be modified from time to time without prior notice.
5. Promotional offers and marketing campaigns are temporary in nature and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at the Store’s discretion.
6. Both parties agree to conduct their dealings in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards relevant to the nature of the relationship between the Store and the Consumer.
7. This Agreement may only be amended, suspended, or terminated by a decision issued by the Store’s management.
