Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern the relationship between the customer and Gayah Store.

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Time

  • Within Saudi Arabia and internationally: 3–14 business days.
We strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible; however, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the customer's location.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during holiday seasons, special promotions, or peak sales periods due to increased demand on shipping providers.

Failed Delivery

If a shipment cannot be delivered after multiple delivery attempts, it will be considered a returned shipment and will be subject to our Return Policy.
Please refer to Gayah’s Return and Exchange Policy for further details.
Shipping and customs fees will be charged in full to the customer if delivery fails due to reasons not attributable to Gayah Store.
Products may not be returned directly to the shipping courier. Customers must contact Customer Support first.

International Shipping

Certain countries may impose customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges.
Gayah Store is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or customs-related delays in the customer’s country.
In the event of a return, any customs duties, taxes, or related fees will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part.



2. Order Modifications

Eligible Orders for Modification

Orders may only be modified when their status is marked as “New Order.”
Customers wishing to make changes must contact Customer Support immediately.

Non-Eligible Orders for Modification

Orders cannot be modified if their status is “Ready,” “Out for Delivery,” or if payment has been completed through Tabby or Tamara.



3. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled when their status is marked as “New Order.”
Cancellation requests must be submitted directly through Customer Support.



4. Order Receipt

The customer or their authorized representative must provide a physical or electronic signature upon delivery. Such signature shall constitute official proof that the order has been received in full.
If the customer is unavailable, the shipment may be handed over to any person present at the delivery location, and their signature shall be considered valid confirmation of receipt.
If an order is not collected or received within thirty (30) days from the order date, Gayah Store shall bear no responsibility regarding the order.



5. Product Information & Disclaimer

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date product information.
Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and display devices.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the actual product.
Gayah Store reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any website content at any time without prior notice.



6. Reviews, Opinions & Third-Party Content

Reviews, ratings, comments, and opinions published on the website reflect the views of individual users and do not necessarily represent the views of Gayah Store.
Gayah Store assumes no responsibility for third-party content or for any consequences resulting from its use.



7. Technical Errors & Incorrect Pricing

In the event of a human error or technical malfunction that causes a product to be displayed with a price of SAR 0.00 or any incorrect price, such product shall be considered temporarily unavailable and subject to price correction before the order can be completed.
In accordance with the policies and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, products cannot be sold at a price of SAR 0.00, as this conflicts with applicable taxation and commercial valuation requirements.
Accordingly, Gayah Store reserves the right to remove such product from the order or request payment of the correct product value through Customer Support representatives before adding it to the order.
