First: Return Policy
Customers are entitled to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or expired upon delivery.

A different product was received compared to the order.

There is a clear manufacturing defect in the product.
📌 Clear photos and an unboxing video must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the package as proof.
Second: Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition with complete packaging.

Exchange can be made for a similar product or another item of equal or higher value (price difference applies if higher).
⚠ Exchange or return is not accepted after opening or using the product for health and hygiene reasons.
Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Opened or tested products.

Personal care and cosmetic products that have been opened or the seal removed.

Improper storage of the product by the customer after receipt.

Refund Policy

The amount will be refunded after the request is approved and the product is received in its original condition.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days through the same payment method used.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the issue was caused by the store).
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- If the return is due to a fault from our store, we cover all shipping costs.
- In other cases, the customer will bear the shipping costs for both return and reshipment.
